Wonderful underfloor heating, comfy apartment, outdoor hammock park, low fee fireworks, helpful and friendly team.

The location of the hotel was amazing, surrounded by beautiful mountains and located very close to a ski park, making it very convenient for skiing. the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable one. We particularly enjoyed the indoor playroom and the free cotton candy that was offered every day.
We were disappointed by the state of the animal farm on the hotel premises. the animals seemed like they were not well taken care of, and their living conditions were not suitable for the winter months.

the service was second to none, and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel at home. We especially appreciated their helpfulness arranging transportation to Incheon airport and their multilingual assistance. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the area.
We found that the limited choices for dining made things difficult, especially for those without a car.

Friendly staff, enjoyable facilities and great location for winter activities. The personnel were always helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We loved trying out the snow sleds, feeding the animals and making cotton candy. The hotel's proximity to ski parks was very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding snow-covered hills.
Lack of cleanliness and expensive shuttle service. Our room needed a deep clean, especially the bathroom and fridge.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and spoke excellent English and Mandarin. The hotel facilities were perfect for families, including a sleding slope, music room, indoor playroom, and outdoor hammock park. The location in the forest amidst the snow was just breathtaking. We didn't face any parking or transportation issues at this hotel.
